How to brew

Take one teaspoon of the dried herb and pour 200 ml of boiling water over it. Give the tea up to 10 minutes alone and then pour the infusion into your favorite cup. If your heart sweetly tells you to add honey or sweetener to your tea, don't hesitate for a moment.
